The Prudential Tower, Newark, NJ

Currently under construction in Newark, New Jersey the 20-story high-rise office building will house roughly 500,000 square feet of raised floor. It features a state of the art under floor air distribution (UFAD) system that will contribute to the projects goal of LEED Gold certification. Much of the UFAD systems infrastructure, including the under-floor plenum, variable air diffusers, and linear diffusers, were furnished and installed by ARI.

In addition to the UFAD infrastructure, ARI has many aesthetic responsibilities such as high-pressure laminate finishes in service rooms, perimeter grill details, and floor drop downs to allow for tile work.
