Millennium Hotel @ One UN Plaza – Entrance to Diplomat Ballroom

ARI Products Inc. and Tate Access Floors provides solutions for all challenges! Millennium Hotel at One UN Plaza is one of those raised access floor projects, though small, proved intricate in design, detail, and installation.

Part of a $70,000,000 renovation built by Hunter Roberts, the architect Dynami accepted Tate Raised Access Floor’s ConCore1250 combination system as a solid base for landing, ramp, and step.

To provide the Millennium look, Tate Signature Finishes ¾” stone tile was then custom cut and set on the structure to achieve seamless transitions.

We then built and installed the custom stainless steel rail system with ornamental inserts and #4 finish to complete the subtle elegance required for the entrance to the Diplomat’s Ballroom.
