One Bryant Park in New York City is 54 stories high, 1,000,000 sf for Bank of America and 1,000,000 sf of fully developed space for tenants. Sustainability was the goal for the Durst organization: Leed Platinum was achieved by Cook and Fox Architects, JB&B Engineers, and Tishman Construction.
Tate Access Flooring is used as the platform to supply clean, fresh air, power, voice, and data wiring. UFAD (under Floor Air Distribution) was taken to new heights on this project. ARI is currently contracted for the many adds, moves, and changes throughout the building!
